Hotel was good customer service was not I was charged extra day that I did not stay was told a manager will get back to me since the manager on duty was not supposedly responsible for that needless to say never had problems until now will no longer stay here lost a loyal customer

The room was o.k. but it needed vacuuming. The bed was o.k. but the sheets had stains and there was a cigarette burn in the cover. The food is trash and both drink machines were down.

The location was very good there's a restaurant called peppermints down the road from us it was very good food there also there's fast food right around and a couple of gas stations and it's very beautiful out in that area and close to town not too far you can jump right on the highway so we had a great day

It was located out in the boonies where no one, not even a stalker can "track me" like prey in a hunting game. Receiving a deposit refund & a confirmation receipt document on the same day of check out is very helpful.

The room was terrible. Once I walked into the room I smelled smoke. The guest server said I will get a refund. I'm still waiting for it.

Easy check in Deposit info not correct. They took 60 cash and want 100 card not specified before check in Room had an ABUNDANCE OF TRASH UNDER THE BED I SHOULD GET A FREE NIGHT FOR CLEANING MY OWN ROOM
